Calcium Hypochlorite 65% & 70%BEL - CHLOR

Text Box: OXIDIZING AGENT: May cause spontaneous ignition of combustible material. POISON: MILD IRRITANT. On contact with acid releases chlorine gas. Store in cool, dry, well ventilated place, away from sources of heat, flames, sparks, combustible liquids or solids, kerosene, acids, paints, oil and organic materials. Keep out of reach of children Use only clean, dry, noncombustible scoops. Avoid contact with eyes or skin – If this does occur, wash involved area immediately with free flowing water – Obtain medical assistance. Do not wear gloves when handling – they may become impregnated, resulting in spontaneous combustion. Wash hands after handling. Do not use vaporizing –liquid type extinguishers on fires involving Calcium Hypochlorite. ANTIDOTE: If swallowed, drink milk and follow with an emetic (teaspoon of salt in glass of warm water).
